How billing works
- Free assessment. You send us the review or reviews. We assess whether there are genuine grounds to challenge them and tell you honestly if there are not. This costs nothing and creates no obligation.
- Written terms before work starts. If you want to go ahead, you receive the terms and the price per review in writing before we lodge anything.
- No upfront removal fee. We prepare and lodge the complaint without charging you in advance.
- Invoice only after removal. You receive an invoice only for reviews that have been removed. If a review stays online, you pay nothing for it.
Worked examples
- One review submitted and removed: AU$469.
- Three reviews submitted, all three removed: 3 × AU$455 = AU$1,365.
- Three reviews submitted, two removed: 2 × AU$455 = AU$910. The review that stays online costs nothing.
- Twelve reviews submitted, all removed: 12 × AU$425 = AU$5,100.
What the price includes
- Analysis of each review against Google’s content policies and relevant Australian law

- Monitoring after removal and renewed action if the same review reappears
