Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of g-defence.com and summarise the key terms of our service. The terms of each engagement are confirmed to you in writing before work starts and prevail if there is any difference.

1. Provider
The service and website are provided by XSR Agency LTD, trading as G-DEFENCE, registered in Cyprus under HE465334, Georgiou Karaiskaki 11–13, Carisa Salonica, Office 102, 7560 Pervolia, Cyprus.
2. The service
G-DEFENCE assesses Google reviews and, where there are grounds, prepares and lodges complaints through Google’s official channels. G-DEFENCE is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or represent clients in court.
3. Free assessment
The initial assessment is free and creates no obligation for either party.
4. Fees
- Fees are charged per successfully removed review, at the price agreed in writing before work starts. Our current prices are shown on the pricing page.
- Prices are in Australian dollars, plus GST where applicable.
- No fee is payable for a review that is not removed.
- We issue an invoice only after removal.
5. No guarantee of removal
Google decides whether to remove a review. We do not guarantee any outcome or timeframe.
6. Reappearing reviews
If the same unlawful review reappears after a successful removal, we act again at no extra cost.
7. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. We do not challenge reviews that we consider genuine, lawful criticism.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Where Australian law applies, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, implied term or condition, that you have under the Australian Consumer Law and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
