What Andrew does

Andrew assesses the reviews businesses send us: whether a review is a statement of fact or an opinion, whether there is evidence it is false or not based on a real experience, and which Google policy or Australian law it may breach. When a review is genuine criticism, he tells the business so and suggests how to reply instead.

He also checks our guides and Australian law pages for practical accuracy, so that what they say about Google’s reporting tools and processes matches how cases actually go.
